Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth across ICT and broader sectors, focusing on large corporate RDEC clients.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including FDs and senior executives in large enterprises.
Sales Process Management: Oversee a long-term sales process (12+ months) targeting major companies across various sectors, focusing on high-value deals.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including a high-performing SME sales representative and technical experts, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
Market Penetration: Develop strategies to infiltrate and establish long-term relationships with large enterprises, in the area of R&D tax credits and financial services.

30k basic salary + OTE
Circa 3000 leads per month given – no cold calling
Average deal sizes
Mortgages – 500k min (Average 5m – 10m)
Acquisition – 5m
Others (Invoice finance, asset, business finance) – 500k
Required to bring in 3x basic salary (90k) split into quarters
Thereafter 20% commission
5m deal = 50k commission into the business
