Title: Key Account Manager – Contract Cleaning

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Key Account Manager to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with key clients in the West End London region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and grow relationships with key accounts in the Contract Cleaning, Window Cleaning, and Pest Control markets.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within these sectors.
3. Regularly liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
4. Work closely with the operations team to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.
5. Prepare and present business reviews to senior management and clients.
6. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

1. 1-2 years of experience in the Contract Cleaning, Window Cleaning, or Pest Control markets.
2. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
3. Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
5. Strong understanding of the West End London market.
