Key Responsibilities

As a Technician at our client’s organization, you will be responsible for:

• Installation: Ensuring seamless and efficient installation of bottling, labelling, distillation, and other packaging machinery at client sites.
• Commissioning: Conducting thorough commissioning activities to ensure equipment meets required specifications and performs optimally.
• Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to ensure uninterrupted production processes.
• Project Management: Coordinating projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Quality Control: Maintaining high-quality standards in all technical operations, adhering to industry best practices and safety guidelines.
• Client Support: Providing excellent customer service and technical support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns professionally.

Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of packaging machinery (bottling, labelling, distillation) within the Spirit, Cider, Beverage, and Dairy sectors.
• Background in Electric or Mechanical engineering, demonstrating a strong understanding of machinery mechanics and electrical systems.
• Bonus points for candidates with prior Project Management experience, showcasing their ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality.

• Basic up to £30K p/a dependant on experience.
