My client is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Area Sales Manager to join their team. They are a leading UK designer, manufacturer, and installer of playground and recreational equipment with over 100 years of experience. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop an established customer base in the South East, including Local Authorities, schools, housing developers, and town/parish councils.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders across public and private sectors

  • Lead the strategy, preparation, and submission of tenders and quotations

  • Manage a well-organized diary to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Follow up on leads, marketing campaigns, and new business opportunities to introduce customers to innovative play solutions

  • Conduct site visits and surveys to develop tailored design briefs and accurate costings that meet customer needs

  • Self-motivated and organized, with excellent relationship-building skills
