The Role of Sales Manager: 

• Growing and increasing sales in the branch’s geographical area.
• Continually identifying and developing new and existing business accounts.
• Fostering robust customer relationships to unlock the full potential of each account 
• Excellent communication and customer care skills (face-to-face and via the telephone).
• Proficiency in approaching companies directly, with a discerning eye for identifying suitable target companies.
• Confident presentation of sample products face to face to potential clients.
• Adept at building and sustaining professional relationships.
• Independent planning, organizing, and meeting tight deadlines.
• Possession of a valid UK driving license.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in the Electrical wholesale industry.
• Punctuality, reliability, and a track record of effective time management.
• A career-focused, hardworking, and ambitious mindset.
• Strong telephone skills, adept at effective communication.
• Positivity, ambition, and a drive for excellence with exceptional listening skills.
