- Following significant recent growth and team expansion, Our Client is now looking to appoint a Technical / Specification Sales Manager to support the next phase of development.

Roles/Responsibilities
- Secure specifications on construction projects through early engagement with key stakeholders.
- Create, influence, and break specifications to win project opportunities.
- Develop relationships with architects, specifiers, consultants, contractors, and key decision makers.
- Increase engagement with Tier 1 contractors and major construction projects.
- Support and expand the existing distribution network.
- Identify and develop new routes to market.
- Manage projects from specification stage through to order conversion.
- Deliver technical product presentations and solution-based sales proposals.
- Identify new market opportunities and generate sustainable business growth.
- Work closely with internal technical and commercial teams to maximise project success.
- Report directly to the National Sales Manager and contribute to the wider sales strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience within construction fixings, fasteners, anchors, façade fixings, insulation fixings, or related construction products.
- Experience securing, influencing, or breaking specifications within construction projects.
- Strong understanding of project-led and specification sales processes.
- Experience selling through distribution channels.
- Ability to engage confidently with contractors, consultants, architects, specifiers, and other project stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Technical credibility and the ability to present engineered product solutions effectively.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working remotely.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
