An established and rapidly growing lift solutions business is looking to appoint a Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales across the North East.

The company operates nationally and has experienced significant growth in recent years through strategic investment and expansion. With multiple locations across the UK and a strong reputation for delivering bespoke lift solutions, they work closely with consultants, specifiers and end users to deliver installation, refurbishment and modernisation projects.

You will be responsible for developing project opportunities, securing profitable orders and maintaining strong relationships with consultants and key stakeholders across the region.

The role is field based with a flexible hybrid working approach and significant customer-facing activity throughout the North East.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience within the lift industry or a related technical project sales environment
• A strong track record of winning and delivering project-based sales opportunities
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness and an ability to protect margins
• Experience working with consultants, specifiers or technically led sales processes
• A professional, trustworthy and collaborative approach
