Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager on behalf of a leading provider of investment solutions. This is a great opportunity for business development professionals adept at selling a comprehensive range of investment products to intermediary, institutional and retail markets across the region..

Key Responsibilities:

  • New business development through omni-channel sales approach
  • Drive AUM through existing accounts with proactive opportunity spotting and introducing new products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to devise and implement tailored financial solutions for clients.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and insights to ensure our client stands out as a market leader.
  • Proactive in company and collaborative events, industry conferences, and seminars.


  • 5+ years of experience in investment sales across London and the South
  • A proven track record in driving sales and developing new business opportunities
  • Top relationship manager known for exceptional levels of client retention and account management skills
  • A well established network within the relevant client base 
  • Strong leading understanding of finance market and views on industry trends
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ideal qualifications (not essential):

  • IMC, CISI Level 4, 6 or CFA (or interest in working towards)
