 £45,000 – £50,000 base + uncapped commission (1.5% paid on receipt)

The Opportunity
 A high-impact opportunity for a Regional or National Sales Manager to take ownership of promoting a premium Shoring system. The right candidate will play a pivotal role in unlocking its commercial potential and driving top-line revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and grow existing accounts across contractors in the Shoring and formwork sectors
  • Sell to rehire companies and rental partners within construction (e.g., temporary works and plant hire specialists)
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close and post-sale account care
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments including manufacturing and design

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1–10 years’ experience selling formwork/shoring systems or similar high-value technical construction products
  • Demonstrable sales performance, ideally with a track record of £1.5M+ annual revenue
  • Established network of contractor and/or rehire clients
  • Confident, self-starting sales professional able to operate autonomously
