We are currently seeking a talented and results-driven Fabrication Sales Manager to join our client’s team in South Wales. This is a new role created to enhance their fabrication department’s growth and maximize sales in the tiles, surfaces, walls, and flooring sector.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Generate sales for the fabrication team, driving business growth.

•    Develop and maximize sales with a focus on solution selling.

•    Target and engage with installers, trade clients, warm clients, and grow the trade specification side.

•    Collaborate with architects and designers (A&D), fabricators, kitchen and bathroom studios to expand market reach.

Package & Earning Potential:

•    Competitive basic salary ranging from £30k – £45k.

Experience/Background:

•    2 – 5 years of experience in fabrication sales, preferably in stone or porcelain.

•    Proven success in solution selling, business development, and relationship building.
