About the Client

- Due to continued growth, they are looking to invest in and develop a motivated sales professional.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and sales follow-ups.
- Identify new business opportunities and support growth across the region.
- Work closely with the external sales and management teams.
- Develop strong product, technical, and industry knowledge.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets.
- Progress through a structured development plan toward an external sales role.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of sales experience, such as internal sales, telesales, business development, account management, retail sales, or similar.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident, enthusiastic, personable, and commercially minded.
- Ambitious, proactive, and motivated by career progression.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and developing long-term relationships.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Construction industry experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
