Roles/Responsibilities
- Attend networking events and represent our client professionally within the industry.
- Build key commercial relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across construction, property, and commercial markets.
- Support the growth of our client’s social media presence and wider brand awareness.
- Identify tender opportunities and commercial projects.
- Create new connections across councils, insurance providers, property services, and construction-related sectors.
- Manage and develop sales pipelines.
- Support wider business growth strategies and ongoing projects.
- Work collaboratively with internal surveyors, office staff, directors, and the wider team.
- Help grow our client’s commercial presence across regional markets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in business development, sales, account management, or commercial sales.
- Background within construction, property services, building products, or a related sector would be advantageous.
- Experience in areas such as property preservation, damp proofing, facilities management, home improvements, insulation, energy efficiency, roofing, waterproofing, or construction sales would be beneficial.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident and professional approach when representing a business externally.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially aware.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities.
- Full UK driving licence.
