About the Client

- This opportunity sits within their internal sales and logistics team, working closely with external Business Development Managers and key customers.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with customers and prospects.
- Produce, send, and follow up on customer quotations.
- Support external Business Development Managers with territory planning and sales strategy.
- Coordinate logistics, including organizing haulage and deliveries.
- Manage customer queries, expectations, and day-to-day account support.
- Process sales orders and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Upsell additional products, accessories, and relevant solutions.
- Assist with invoice queries and help resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, merchants, architects, developers, and other industry contacts.
- Act as a key internal point of contact and “buddy” for an external BDM.
Qualifications
- Positive, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
- Strong communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner.
- Natural relationship builder with a commercial mindset.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask.
- Previous experience in construction, roofing, building materials, or a related sector is beneficial but not essential.
- Experience in internal sales, sales support, customer service, logistics coordination, or B2B account support would be advantageous.
