We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our client, a pan-European medical device distributor, operating across 15 markets. Our client represents global leading medical device manufacturers in various specialties and offers comprehensive training, education, and support services to their customers.

Location: Manchester

Salary: £30k

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and facilitate timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory guidelines to provide accurate information to customers.
• Assist in processing orders, tracking shipments, and managing product returns.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
• Knowledge of medical devices and familiarity with healthcare regulations is a plus.
