Job Title: Technical Sales Manager – Structural Waterproofing/Concrete

Location: South East 

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Manager with extensive experience in the structural waterproofing or concrete market to join one of the leading players in the industry. The company is renowned for delivering innovative, high-quality, and sustainable solutions to its clients. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling a range of structural waterproofing solutions to Architects, Consulting Engineers, Contractors, Specifiers, and Structural Engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales revenue for the company’s range of structural waterproofing solutions.

• Develop and maintain relationships with Architects, Consulting Engineers, Contractors, Specifiers, and Structural Engineers to drive sales growth.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the structural waterproofing market.

• Provide technical support to clients and stakeholders, including conducting site visits, presenting solutions, and providing advice on project specifications.

• Work closely with the company’s technical team to ensure that client requirements are met and solutions are delivered on time and within budget. • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that the company remains competitive.

Requirements:

• A degree in Engineering or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in technical sales, with a proven track record of success in the structural waterproofing or concrete market.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the structural waterproofing market.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A proactive approach to identifying and developing new business opportunities.
