Our client is actively recruiting a Business Development Manager with a deep understanding of moulding technologies to lead their dynamic team.

What You’ll Do: As the Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving sales for Injection Moulding solutions. Your role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their manufacturing needs, and developing strategies to introduce and implement tailored moulding solutions. Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the manufacturing, automotive, and consumer goods sectors.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop customized Injection Moulding solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate the value proposition of the company’s offerings to key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure successful project implementation.

What They’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years proven sales experience in the injection moulding or related sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of Injection Moulding processes, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the manufacturing, automotive, and consumer goods sectors.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Results-driven with a passion for staying at the forefront of industry advancements.
