Job Description:

We are currently looking for Business Development Manager to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the geospatial/geomatics sector. You will work closely with our client, a leader in the industry, to drive revenue growth and foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the geospatial/geomatics sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and potential market gaps.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective negotiation and closing of deals.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geotechnical, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 3 to 5 years in Business Development, specifically within monitoring systems in the geospatial/geomatics sphere.
  • Excellent understanding of the geospatial/geomatics industry, including measurement technologies and software solutions.
  • Strong network of contacts within the industry and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
