About the Role:
Conduct research to uncover new business opportunities across various markets, trends, and customer segments.
Create detailed sales plans aimed at exceeding targets and entering new markets.
Design and implement strategic sales campaigns to maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients to secure new business deals.
Perform sales forecasts and analyses, presenting insights and findings to senior management.
Generate leads through cold calling and establish meaningful connections within organizations.
Build and nurture client relationships by understanding their needs and offering effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Marketing, to achieve business objectives.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
Keep detailed records of activities and provide regular reports on performance metrics.
About the Candidate:
Proven experience in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated and proactive in developing new business opportunities from the ground up.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to understand and clearly convey technical product information.
Proficient in IT tools, particularly spreadsheets, for data analysis and reporting.
Exceptional interpersonal skills for building relationships and managing client accounts.
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
Capable of project management and highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals successfully.
