Role Title: Business Development Manager – Solution Sales

New Role or Replacement: New

Area / Region / Based: Open – South East England Ideal

Product / Service:

• Hand Dryers
• Dispensers
• Data Driven Solutions

Duties:

• Solution & Benefit selling of Smart Handdryers, Dispensers and IoT products
• Identifying customer needs
• Direct B2B Sales

RTM (Route to Market):

• B2B
• FM Companies
• Corporate (offices, banks, retailers, malls & shopping centres)
• Airports
• Property Management Companies
• Fit Out
• Refurb

Experience/Background:

• Strong solution sales background
• Demonstrated history of success
• 3-4 years commercial experience in the sector
• Commercial nous with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Hunter mentality

Package & Earning Potential:

• Salary: £40k to £60k basic
• Bonus: £40k – £50k
• Share options
