Roles/Responsibilities
- Effectively close deals, particularly medium contracts ranging from £30k to £120k.
- Provide strategic direction for sales support to target specific market segments.
- Focus on various sectors including FM, Education, Commercial, Healthcare, Arts & Culture, and Office Building Spaces.
- Work towards an annual sales target of £750k to £1M.
Qualifications
- Proven success in contractual sales within the facilities management sector.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with experience in bid and sales.
- Demonstrated history of winning cleaning contracts.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in networking.
- A positive attitude, results-driven mindset, and the ability to manage diaries autonomously.
- Strong decision-making skills and proficiency in proposal writing.
