About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our thriving team. You will play a key role in engaging with SME businesses, providing them with comprehensive insights into a wide range of business finance solutions. This role involves significant interaction with both internal and external teams to ensure smooth management of applications from initiation to completion, supported by a dedicated sales support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain contact with SME businesses through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce and explain finance solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to facilitate seamless operations.
- Application Management: Analyse data, and structure, and manage finance applications efficiently, ensuring all processes are followed accurately from start to finish.
