Join my client, a leading player in warehouse automation, as an Automation Sales Specialist. This role involves representing the company, developing and executing robust sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams for the advancement of automation solutions.

Role Responsibilities:

Represent My Client with a deep understanding of automation offerings.

Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve predetermined annual targets.

Identify and capitalize on opportunities within automated solutions.

Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager and Automated Solutions Team on new and existing opportunities.

Align the sales strategy with overall organizational goals by collaborating with various departments.


Design, implement, and continually improve a scalable Automation Sales Strategy.

Develop leads and optimize a variety of automation solutions.

Collaborate with the Business Development and Automated Solutions Team to conceptualize and present industry-leading solutions.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, establishing connections with new clients to understand their warehouse automation needs.

Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

Lead project tendering processes and provide support to project teams.

Be accountable for achieving all aspects of the role.

Conduct regular stakeholder and competitor analysis.

Skills & Experience:

3 or more years of experience in Automated Solution Sales.

Proven success in the entire sales process, from planning to closing.

Experience working with targets and KPIs.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Inquisitive persona to explore emerging innovation and technology.

Superb leadership and solution development abilities.

Experience working with suppliers and manufacturers.

Ability to travel at least 20% of the time.

Engineering qualification or relevant experience.

Strong understanding of the automated warehouse sector, operations, and supply chain management.

Proficient in CRM software.
