Business Development Manager – Bespoke High-End Kitchens & Fittings

Role Title: Business Development Manager – KBB
Location: Hybrid role – Open to various regions
What you’ll be selling:
- Bespoke High-End Kitchens & Fittings
What you’ll be doing:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Promote our product offering to Regional Developers, High-End Developers, House Builders, Regional Contractors, and A&D
- Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with RTMs
Experience/Background:
- 2 – 5 years minimum experience in Kitchens & Joinery (ideally high-end)
- Active RTM via Developers, Contractors, House Builders and A&D
- Demonstrated history of success
- Technical understanding of joinery products, cabinet brands, and manufacturers
- Strong ability to plan own day, communicate effectively with clients at different levels, and sell on unique selling propositions and value propositions
Package & Earning Potential:
- £45k to £50k basic (strong commission structure on top)
