About the Client:

Roles/Responsibilities
Identify and secure project specifications through strong engagement with MEP consultants, architects, and designers
Lead cradle-to-grave tender submissions and manage multi-site rollouts
Manage and grow key accounts within the specification channel
Conduct CPDs, site visits, and client seminars to build technical credibility
Collaborate with internal teams on marketing, product development, and project delivery
Provide commercial insight and contribute to broader strategic planning
Achieve annual sales targets and KPIs while maintaining accurate CRM records
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the lighting industry, with a strong focus on specification and project sales
Proven success managing tenders and large-scale lighting projects
Established network within the MEP, architecture, and lighting design community
Strong negotiation, forecasting, and commercial skills
Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management abilities
Proficient in CRM systems and project tracking
