Our client is a well-established and reputable shop fitting company, based in Manchester and operating across the Midlands & North of the UK. We are currently recruiting for a Shop Fitting Sales Manager to join their team, with a focus on identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your extensive knowledge of the North of the UK retail market to identify and pursue new business opportunities for the company
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target businesses
  • Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and opportunities
  • Attend relevant industry events and conferences to promote the company’s services
  • Work collaboratively with the project management team to ensure successful delivery of projects
  • Regularly report to senior management on business development activities and progress towards targets

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales or business development role, with a preference for those with experience in the shop fitting industry
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and closing new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Strong knowledge of the North of the UK retail market and industry trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The role offers a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of up to £60,000 and a generous commission structure that could see you earn in excess of £100,000 per annum. A company car, laptop, and mobile phone are also provided.
