The Role:

 As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering and enhancing relationships with construction companies, merchants, installers/applicators, distribution specialists, and generalists. With a first-year target of £1.3M, you’ll be responsible for driving sales, identifying opportunities, and expanding the company’s footprint in the South East region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targeted sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with applicators, installers, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights.

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the industry.
  • Must currently be dealing with applicators and installers.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledgeable about EWI and rendering systems.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
