The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering and enhancing relationships with construction companies, merchants, installers/applicators, distribution specialists, and generalists. With a first-year target of £1.3M, you’ll be responsible for driving sales, identifying opportunities, and expanding the company’s footprint in the South East region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targeted sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with applicators, installers, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights.
About You:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the industry.
- Must currently be dealing with applicators and installers.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledgeable about EWI and rendering systems.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
