Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your 2 to 5 years of proven Financial Services Sales and/or Support experience to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Implement the Hunter Sales approach to actively seek out new business opportunities and expand the client base.
• Employ the Farmer Sales approach to nurture and grow existing client relationships, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
• Confidently approach and engage in deeper “business” conversations with key decision-makers, including C-Suite executives and IFA business owners.
• Identify clients’ financial needs and tailor solutions to address their specific requirements effectively.
• Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and provide exceptional customer support throughout the client journey.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in Financial Services Sales and/or Support.
• A successful track record in utilizing the Hunter and Farmer Sales approaches to drive business growth.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to confidently engage with C-Suite executives and IFA business owners.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services within the Inheritance Tax domain (training will be provided to the right candidate).
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
