About the Client:

With a strong reputation for technical excellence and customer service, they continue to expand their presence within the M&E contracting sector nationwide.
Roles/Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of key National M&E Contractors, ensuring consistent account growth and profitability.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the building services market.
Create and execute detailed account management plans, including forecasting and KPI reporting.
Build and maintain strong multi-level relationships within each account — from procurement to senior leadership.
Conduct regular client visits, reviews, and presentations to ensure excellent service delivery.
Oversee end-to-end supply chain engagement to maintain efficient, profitable customer supply.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and account performance to inform commercial strategy.
Reactivate dormant accounts and uncover new business potential.
Provide accurate reports and insights to senior management on customer activity and market opportunities.
Qualifications
Proven track record in National Account Management or senior sales within the M&E or building services sector.
Strong understanding of M&E contractors, frameworks, and national supply chains.
Exceptional commercial acumen with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
Confident communicator and presenter at senior management level.
Skilled in relationship management, pipeline development, and strategic account planning.
Strong analytical and IT skills (Excel, Power BI).
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Benefits
Base salary: £60,000 – £75,000 (DOE).
