Based out of Manchester, our client is a leading boutique D&B Fitout contractor with a reputation for delivering high-quality projects in the Midlands & North of England. They are seeking an experienced Design & Build Office Interior Business Development Manager to join their team and drive the growth of their business in the Midlands region.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for the interior fitout services
• Identify and develop relationships with potential clients in the North of England
• Manage client relationships and ensure their needs are met throughout the project
• Collaborate with the design and build team to ensure project success
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales within the interior fitout industry
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the team
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources
• Creativity and ability to develop innovative design solutions
• Passion for design and commitment to delivering high-quality results

Our client is offering a competitive basic salary of up to £50,000 with OTE of £100,000+ and additional perks.
