Who the Role Reports to and Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and crafting strategic growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Discover and secure new business opportunities, while managing existing client relationships.
• Design and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to optimise product offerings and enhance customer service.
• Analyse market trends to stay ahead of the competition.

Background, Experience, Characteristics and Qualifications of Ideal Candidate: 

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Relevant experience in business development or sales, ideally in the plastics or manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in strategic planning and market research.

Salary/Package + OTE including details of company car/car allowance and ANY other benefits:

Basic Salary up to £60,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance
