Roles/Responsibilities

• Identifying Growth Opportunities: Proactively identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion using industry knowledge.
• Building Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term success.
• Developing Strategic Plans: Craft and implement strategic plans to drive growth, analyzing market data and competitive landscapes.
• Generating Quality Leads: Use networking, cold calling, and targeted marketing to generate and convert high-quality leads.
• Negotiating Profitable Deals: Negotiate favorable deals that benefit all parties and contribute to revenue growth.
• Measuring Performance: Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate and optimize business development strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record in business development, preferably in the industrial or engineering sectors, with a focus on flow metering or instrumentation.
• Skills: Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities, strategic thinking, excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
