Business Development Manager – Contract Flooring

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record in the contract flooring industry to join our client’s team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing clients, promoting our client’s range of high-quality contract flooring products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to generate leads and close sales
  • Attending meetings with architects, contractors, and other key decision-makers to present our client’s products and services
  • Conducting site surveys and preparing accurate quotations and proposals
  • Negotiating contracts and managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to project completion
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success in the contract flooring industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full driving license
  • Willingness to travel within London and the surrounding areas
