About the Client
Our Client is a prominent supplier to the Utility, Construction, Road, and Rail sectors, specializing in Personal Protective Equipment, Hand Tools, First Aid, and Traffic Management Products. Being a market leader for 30 years , they pride themselves on quality and reliability.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development activities nationally while based in the Midlands.
- Manage key accounts and develop strategic relationships with construction and utility companies across the UK.
- Lead initiatives to increase market share in the traffic management product category.
- Deliver presentations and negotiations to secure and retain major contracts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of sales experience in Traffic Management Products.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow key accounts.
- Strong network within the construction and utility sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel nationally as needed.
- Valid driving license; company car or car allowance included.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range of £40K – £55K, highly negotiable based on experience. (Guaranteed bonus)
