About the Client:

Our client is a premier manufacturer and supplier in the UK specializing in external wall insulation and exterior render systems. They provide innovative solutions across various construction and building types, including high-rise structures, with a focus on fire safety and aesthetic versatility.


Develop and manage specifications and business opportunities in both New Build and Refurbishment sectors.

Engage actively with architects, consultants, main contractors, developers, and specialist façade installation contractors to drive specification sales.

Establish and expand a network of installer contacts to facilitate new business development.

Collaborate closely with the Sales Director to align strategies and achieve business objectives.


Minimum 5 years of experience in construction sales, specifically within specification selling of construction products.

Demonstrated ability to network effectively and maintain relationships with relevant installers.

Proven track record as a New Business Winner with the ability to deliver immediate results.

Strong engagement skills with stakeholders at all levels in the construction sector.


Competitive salary package starting at approximately £50K, depending on experience.

Performance-related bonus structure.
