My client is a specialist commercial flat roofing contractor delivering refurbishment projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced estimator to strengthen their commercial team.

The opportunity:

Working completely remotely, you’ll produce accurate quotations and costings for commercial roofing projects while liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and the wider commercial team.

Accuracy is critical, as you’ll be responsible for identifying project risks, ensuring all costs have been captured and helping maintain the company’s strong profit margins.

What we require from you: 

• Three to five years’ estimating experience.
• Commercial flat roofing experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience producing quotations and project costings.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable speaking with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Good IT skills with an interest in using technology and AI to improve processes.
• Quantity Surveying experience would be advantageous.

Location: Remote (Southern UK Based)

Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 + Benefits
