About the Client
Our client is a globally recognized manufacturer of high-efficiency HVAC/HVAC-R control and monitoring systems. With a strong reputation for innovation, service, and long-term client partnerships, they support customers across the UK and Ireland from their collaborative office in Surrey.
Roles/Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service and proactively gather feedback
Manage inbound enquiries via phone and email
Prepare and distribute customer quotations
Provide admin support to the external sales team
Process and update customer orders, especially for key accounts
Coordinate logistics and generate delivery documentation
Manage urgent delivery requests and resolve logistics issues
Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning
Attend sales meetings to align on forecasts and projects
Maintain CRM/Oracle system records accurately
Support general office duties, filing, and archiving
Qualifications
Experience in a customer service or sales support environment
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Outstanding written and verbal communication
Professional, confident, and proactive customer approach
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office/Google Suite and CRM systems
Collaborative team player with a proactive work ethic
Benefits
Competitive salary: £30,000–£35,000 (DOE)
