Role: Northern Sales Manager

A leading supplier of lighting components and controls, experiencing strong year-on-year growth (38% last year, targeting 42% for 2025). They operate in a fast-moving, dynamic environment where success is recognised and rewarded through profit-based bonuses.
Our client supplies lighting components and controls to lighting OEMs across the Northern region.
The Role:
Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales expansion across the North of England. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for managing OEM relationships while mentoring and coaching two existing sales managers. The role is remote with extensive field travel, ensuring key accounts are engaged with regularly.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in lighting component sales.
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
- High emotional intelligence with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive and ambitious mindset, focused on growth.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with senior leadership.
Salary / Package:
- Base salary of £70k – £80k.
- Attractive performance-based bonus structure.
