Roles/Responsibilities

  • Drive territory growth by identifying and capitalizing on new revenue opportunities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical and commercial stakeholders

  • Deliver territory updates and performance reports to the UK Sales Director

  • Conduct in-service sessions and educational events for healthcare professionals

  • Implement consignment agreements to accelerate sales

  • Collaborate with QA to ensure prompt and compliant resolution of customer feedback

  • Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and client events

  • Understand and anticipate customer needs to maintain high satisfaction levels

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or Health Science (e.g., Nursing, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy)

  • Minimum 3 years of medical device sales experience, ideally within the OR or advanced wound care sectors

  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and win new business

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a client-centric approach

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

  • Independent, results-driven, and comfortable with up to 50% travel
