Roles / Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVACR hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Provide technical support and guidance to engineers, OEMs, and contractors
Assist customers with system performance and operational queries
Work closely with sales teams to recommend appropriate technical solutions
Act as a technical liaison between customers and international support teams
Manage and track support cases using CRM systems
Build long-term, trusted relationships as a key technical contact
Qualifications
Background in HVACR, thermodynamics, or building controls
Experience in one of the following roles is highly beneficial:
Technical Support Engineer
Service or Commissioning Engineer
HVACR Engineer seeking an office-based role
Applications or Controls Engineer
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Customer-focused mindset with clear communication skills
Well-organized with the ability to prioritize effectively
Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies
