Roles/Responsibilities
Prepare accurate quotations for fall protection and safety systems
Convert inspection leads into actionable proposals and manage the sales cycle through to closure
Provide technical guidance to ensure correct specification of systems
Support internal technical and sales teams in delivering high levels of service
Engage customers to support retention and develop strong account relationships
Travel nationally as needed to attend client meetings and site visits
Qualifications
Technical sales experience within safety systems, construction, or engineering
Ability to read specifications and prepare accurate quotes
Commercially driven and self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative environment
Benefits
Salary: Mid £30,000s to Mid £45,000s depending on experience
Bonus: Team performance bonus + individual commission potential

20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (increases with service up to 28 days)
