Roles/Responsibilities

  • Interpret CAD drawings to develop complete UFH and control system designs

  • Use internal software tools to configure accurate, compliant system solutions

  • Provide technical input and design support to the external sales team

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and sales colleagues to ensure smooth project delivery

  • Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders regarding system specifications

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the technical support function

Qualifications

  • Mechanical qualifications (e.g., boiler engineering, Gas Safe, or equivalent)

  • Direct hands-on experience with underfloor heating and control systems (essential)

  • Strong ability to read and interpret CAD technical drawings

  • Confident using design or specification software (training provided on proprietary tools)

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and technically minded

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive team player
