About the Client:
Our Client is a market leader in climate-building and underfloor heating solutions, operating within the renewables sector. Backed by a major European group, they are rapidly expanding across the UK, delivering innovative and energy-efficient systems for residential and commercial projects.
Roles/Responsibilities
Drive sales of air source, underfloor heating, and water systems across a national territory
Build strong relationships with specifiers, consultants, contractors, housebuilders, and installers
Provide technical support through quoting, system design, site visits, and product training
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction
Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and account growth
Maintain an up-to-date pipeline and report on area performance
Qualifications
Proven sales experience in HVAC or renewables, particularly in air source and underfloor heating systems
Strong technical understanding with the ability to engage across multiple stakeholder levels
Experience selling into contractors, developers, and specifiers
Self-sufficient and highly organized, with excellent communication skills
Willingness to travel nationally (home-based role, ideally located in the Midlands or North)
Benefits
Basic salary of £50,000–£55,000 depending on experience
£6,000 car allowance
