Our Client is a market leader in climate-building and underfloor heating solutions, operating within the renewables sector. Backed by a major European group, they are rapidly expanding across the UK, delivering innovative and energy-efficient systems for residential and commercial projects.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of air source, underfloor heating, and water systems across a national territory

  • Build strong relationships with specifiers, consultants, contractors, housebuilders, and installers

  • Provide technical support through quoting, system design, site visits, and product training

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction

  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and account growth

  • Maintain an up-to-date pipeline and report on area performance

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in HVAC or renewables, particularly in air source and underfloor heating systems

  • Strong technical understanding with the ability to engage across multiple stakeholder levels

  • Experience selling into contractors, developers, and specifiers

  • Self-sufficient and highly organized, with excellent communication skills

  • Willingness to travel nationally (home-based role, ideally located in the Midlands or North)
