Roles/Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business within the specification and design sectors
Build strong relationships with architects, lighting designers, and MEP consultants
Manage project sales from concept to tender and delivery
Promote intelligent, sustainable lighting systems tailored to client needs
Deliver presentations and technical support during the design process
Contribute to tender responses and collaborate with internal teams
Ensure high levels of post-sale service to drive repeat business
Qualifications
Proven success in specification sales within architectural lighting or similar sectors
Strong understanding of project-driven sales and tender processes
Excellent consultative selling and relationship-building skills
Confident engaging with design, engineering, and procurement professionals
Passion for architecture, lighting, and high-end design solutions
Based in the North West with flexibility for regional travel
Benefits
Basic salary up to £60,000 depending on experience
Uncapped commission and bonus (up to 1.5% of invoiced sales)
