My client is a German-founded steel products supplier and specialist manufacturer, recognized across Europe as one of the largest stockists of sheet piling and structural steel solutions.

The Opportunity
This is a genuine “blank canvas” territory role where you’ll:
• Get out on site
• Meet contractors & engineers
• Build relationships
• Open new accounts
• Drive further sales growth
You’ll report directly to the Managing Director and have the autonomy to run your patch like your own business.
Hybrid working – primarily field based with monthly office visits.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Winning new business
• Promoting sheet piles, trench sheets, steel sections and engineered steel solutions
• Conducting site visits and technical discussions
• Developing long-term contractor and project relationships
• Identifying upcoming projects and early specification opportunities
• Managing your own pipeline and territory strategy
• Becoming the go-to specialist for piling and shoring solutions in your region
What They’re Looking For
You’ll likely come from:
• Sheet piling
• Groundworks
• Shoring / trenching
• Structural or heavy steel
• Civil engineering materials
• Foundation or infrastructure supply
And you’ll be:
✔ Self-sufficient and proactive
✔ Comfortable with field travel
✔ Strong at new business / door-opening
✔ Commercially sharp
✔ Confident speaking with site managers, engineers and buyers
✔ Well networked within the construction sector
This is not a role for someone who needs micromanaging , they want someone who can hit the ground running and build the area.
