Roles/Responsibilities
Define and implement regional sales strategies for Grid Automation solutions
Manage key accounts, including full budget responsibility for National Grid
Achieve sales targets while upholding high ethical standards
Develop long-term partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Identify new business opportunities to expand regional market share
Lead tendering efforts with pricing aligned to market conditions
Formulate tailored proposals and support client negotiations
Provide detailed reporting, including risk mitigation and recovery strategies
Attend industry events to stay informed of market trends and opportunities
Ensure full compliance with internal quality standards and processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related discipline
Proven sales or tendering experience in Grid Automation, including digital substations and microgrid controllers
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer orientation
Skilled in problem-solving, planning, and executing go-to-market strategies
Experience in international and matrix organizations is preferred
Confident engaging across all organizational levels
Willing to travel throughout the UK as needed
