Location: Surrey – In Office Role
Job Type: Fixed Term Contract (18 months – Maternity Cover)
Salary: £30-£35K (DOE) + 23 days holiday + pension + additional benefits

The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and customer-focused Sales Support team that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to customers while supporting sales, operations, finance, and technical teams.
The Sales Support Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer communications, coordinating orders and logistics, processing quotations, and providing day-to-day administrative support to the sales function. This role is central to ensuring smooth operations and an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a consistently high level of customer service and proactively seek customer feedback
Manage customer enquiries via email and telephone
Prepare, manage, and distribute quotations
Provide administrative support to the external sales team
Process, manage, and review customer orders, providing updates to key strategic accounts
Generate delivery documentation and coordinate logistics partners to meet deadlines
Handle urgent requests, expedites, and resolve delivery issues
Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning to meet forecast demand
Attend regular sales meetings to stay informed on projects, pipelines, and forecasts
Maintain accurate customer records within Oracle/CRM systems
Work to agreed KPIs and quality standards
Support general office administration, filing, and archiving
About You
Experience within a customer service or sales support environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident, professional, and proactive approach to customers and suppliers
Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Office/Google Suite and CRM/database systems
Positive team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile
