About the Client

Roles/Responsibilities
Lead and manage a national sales team of 9 (5 field-based, 4 office-based)
Drive year-on-year sales growth of approximately 10%
Lead new business development initiatives while nurturing existing revenue streams
Manage senior relationships with two major national blue-chip clients
Regularly accompany field sales professionals for coaching and development
Maintain rigorous commercial discipline through effective use of CRM and ERP systems
Recruit and expand the team in alignment with business growth objectives
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience leading a sales team, ideally 5+ years
Proven success managing and developing field-based salespeople
Strong track record of delivering sustained revenue growth
Comfortable managing high-level relationships with national and blue-chip customers
Commercially astute, credible, and a motivational leader
Highly advantageous: Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and industrial/hard goods sectors
