We are working with a market-leading electrical wholesaler, known for giving its Branch Managers genuine autonomy to run and grow their branches.
This Swansea branch has a strong and stable customer base, consistently delivering over £2m in annual revenue and regularly achieving budget. The business now seeks a commercially minded Branch Manager to continue that success and drive the next phase of growth.
The Role
As Branch Manager, you will take full responsibility for the performance, culture, and commercial direction of the branch. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work closely with customers, suppliers, and your internal team to ensure high service standards and achieve strong trading results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the branch team to provide exceptional customer service
- Manage P&L, stock levels, purchasing and pricing strategy
- Maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and uphold company standards
- Drive sales activity to support continued branch growth
About You
- Experience in the electrical wholesale sector is essential
- Strong commercial awareness and the confidence to make decisions independently
- Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and the local trade community
- Motivational leadership style with the ability to get the best out of your team
