External Sales Manager – HVAC / Air Distribution Solutions
Location: London & Southeast (Field-based with flexible office time – 4-day work week)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (DOE) + Company Car or Car Allowance + Bonus + Pension

Are you a technically minded sales professional looking to join a long-established UK manufacturer with a reputation for bespoke solutions and engineering excellence?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a stable, privately owned business that designs and manufactures a range of premium air distribution products, supplying into M&E contractors, specialists, and the specification market.

The Role:

As External Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing new business across the London and Southeast region, focusing on building relationships with:

  • M&E Contractors

  • Fit-out Contractors

  • HVAC Distributors

  • Specification Consultants

  • Tier 1 and Tier 2 Contractors (expansion focus)

Your role will be centred on driving new business, increasing market penetration, and supporting the technical specification of bespoke systems into complex projects. You’ll be backed by a highly responsive in-house design and manufacturing team with full UK production capabilities.

About You:

We’re looking for a motivated and credible sales professional with:

  • A background in Products such as – Louvres, diffusers, grilles or Air distribution products or technical building products

  • A track record in new business development and relationship building

  • Strong commercial awareness and technical aptitude

  • Experience selling to contractors and/or specifiers within construction

  • A stable, consistent employment history
