About the Client:
Our Client is a long-established, privately owned UK manufacturer of bespoke air distribution products including grilles, diffusers, and louvres. Known for engineering excellence and responsive service, they supply into the M&E, HVAC, and specification markets with full UK-based design and production capabilities.
Roles/Responsibilities
Develop and grow business with M&E contractors, fit-out contractors, HVAC distributors, and specification consultants
Drive new business opportunities and expand relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors
Promote bespoke air distribution systems for commercial and complex building projects
Collaborate with the in-house technical and manufacturing teams to support project delivery
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
Contribute to business development strategy and sector-specific growth initiatives
Qualifications
Experience selling HVAC, air distribution, or technical building products
Proven track record in new business development within the construction supply chain
Strong technical understanding and ability to engage with project stakeholders
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Stable employment history with a commitment to long-term development
Benefits
Salary £40,000–£50,000 depending on experience
