About the Client:

Our Client is a long-established, privately owned UK manufacturer of bespoke air distribution products including grilles, diffusers, and louvres. Known for engineering excellence and responsive service, they supply into the M&E, HVAC, and specification markets with full UK-based design and production capabilities.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow business with M&E contractors, fit-out contractors, HVAC distributors, and specification consultants

  • Drive new business opportunities and expand relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors

  • Promote bespoke air distribution systems for commercial and complex building projects

  • Collaborate with the in-house technical and manufacturing teams to support project delivery

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close

  • Contribute to business development strategy and sector-specific growth initiatives

Qualifications

  • Experience selling HVAC, air distribution, or technical building products

  • Proven track record in new business development within the construction supply chain

  • Strong technical understanding and ability to engage with project stakeholders

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Stable employment history with a commitment to long-term development
