Roles/Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic UK accounts

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across target markets

  • Conduct consultative, technical sales engagements to align solutions with client needs

  • Create and execute account plans, sales forecasts, and growth strategies

  • Collaborate with technical, engineering, and product teams to meet customer expectations

  • Attend customer visits, project meetings, and industry events across the UK

Qualifications

  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably with technical or component-led products

  • Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative sales approach

  • Demonstrated success in both account management and new business development

  • Commercially astute, with confidence in navigating complex buying environments

  • Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote working setup

  • Willing to travel throughout the UK as needed
