Roles/Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic UK accounts
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across target markets
Conduct consultative, technical sales engagements to align solutions with client needs
Create and execute account plans, sales forecasts, and growth strategies
Collaborate with technical, engineering, and product teams to meet customer expectations
Attend customer visits, project meetings, and industry events across the UK
Qualifications
Proven B2B sales experience, preferably with technical or component-led products
Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative sales approach
Demonstrated success in both account management and new business development
Commercially astute, with confidence in navigating complex buying environments
Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote working setup
Willing to travel throughout the UK as needed
